Orders are delivered on Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Our shipping carrier is Australia Post. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, Australia Post has advised us that customers may experience some delays in shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
Due to COVID 19 pandemic and public health safety we cannot accept returns on items that have been shipped correctly. If you received a different item than what is listed on your order confirmation that is considered an error please email info@bloomeffects.com.
Fault returns: (Something is not right with the product):
Whilst we don’t expect this to happen often it is possible that something might not be quite right with the product. In this case we will replace or refund the original purchase in consultation with you including the cost of shipping (we will provide a shipping label so don’t send before we supply this). We will review the issue with you after we receive the return and if we agree that the product is not right then we will issue you a full refund. Please note that proof of purchase will be required to determine the refund.
EXCHANGES
Bloomeffects will only accept exchanges on items purchased in Australia through the website with a valid order number within 30 days of purchase. To return your new online purchase, please email us at info@bloomeffects.com. Please include your order number, name, email address, reason for return and phone number. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Bloomeffects is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
