This is the perfect moisturizer! It's light, easy to use and very moisturizing and absorbs quickly. I even put it on my body. It works great!
I never used to use a toner... until now! I can't wait to put it on first thing after I cleanse. Hydrates my skin and preps it for the rest of my skincare. Has become a holy grail product for me!
10/10 — and I rarely rating because I am picky about skincare! Milky toners are really hard for me to love and use regularly because so many feel thick when applying, often even thicker than a serum, despite being designed to be layered before serums. Most milky toners don’t absorb well or leave a sticky feeling.
This Bloomeffects Bi-Phasic Toner is completely different!!It has such a luxurious, lightweight feel and layers beautifully anywhere I’ve trying using it my skincare routine without any issues. I also love the aesthetics of the bottle and being able to see the color change when you shake it.
